I provide individual psychotherapy for teens and adults. My goal is to offer support, skills and tools - so you can take care of yourself in a way that serves you and allows you live your fullest life.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in my work. In addition, I integrate continuous learning and resources to personalize therapy for each client. I practice with a warm and compassionate approach and aim to form a strong therapeutic relationship.
When working with people struggling in their relationship with food and their body, I follow the Health at Every Size philosophy and support the Intuitive Eating principles. I believe our bodies are our greatest guides, and they are inherently worthy and valuable. I will meet you wherever you are in your journey and support you along the way.
